After working really hard for a number of years and establishing a career as an Executive Assistant, I was diagnosed with the most aggressive brain cancer in October 2003. I was given 18 months to 2 years to live but I refuse to believe this. I have had brain surgery, radiation, and currently taking chemotherapy but don't feel sorry for me, because I feel lucky to still be alive. One of my best friends, Sharon Blackledge, is coming in town from Cleveland just to go with me to the reunion and I can't wait to see some old faces, have a drink, and maybe even dance!
